Your order will be shipped from our location in 1-3 business days* unless items are out-of-stock requiring a longer time frame before being processed. If some items are out-of-stock, they will be shipped as soon as possible. Because of the desperate needs of most premature babies, we know your order is needed right away. EVERY order is important to us and will be leave our location as quickly as we can get it out. We will let you know when we ship and we will make sure you can track your order all the way to your door (if your chosen shipping method supports this option).

We ship products anywhere in the United States and many locations around the world using the shipping method of your choice. When you place an order your order delivery dates are based upon the availability of your item(s), shipping method you selected, when your order leaves our facility and your shipment’s destination. Our shipping charges are determined by the weight, excluding applicable sales tax and handling charges* (applied to some orders).

Some products cannot be shipped to international destinations, so please submit a message to us from the Contact Us page if you would like to discuss international ordering options.

Next-day or second-day delivery must be the chosen methods, and it must be early enough for us to get your order to the chosen shipper in order to qualify for same day processing. If you need your order immediately, please call us! You will find the telephone number on the Contact Us page. We will do everything we can to process your order the same day we receive it. We must receive a call from you, you must speak with a representative or our company, and we will tell you if it can still be processed the same day. Note 2: Saturday Delivery When ordering next-day delivery online, Saturday delivery is not given as an option. However, if Saturday delivery is required, you must call and speak with one of our representatives to request this option. An additional charge will be added to your order since Saturday delivery is a more expensive option than regular next-day delivery. You can order online or you can call in your order, but do not forget to specify Saturday delivery. --If Saturday delivery is not specified, regular next-day delivery will be used.--
