If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, you can return your items for a prompt
refund or exchange.
Oops! Our mistake: If you received the wrong item(s) from us and your original order reflects
this discrepency, we will gladly and quickly refund the item(s). If your entire order is returned
then your original shipping price will also be refunded when the item is returned to us or if you
prefer an exchange then you will not be charged an additional shipping fee to get your item(s) to
you. However, we need to be made aware of the problem as soon as possible and the items must
be returned to us in a timely manner. Please call BabyLinq.com ~ Preemie Store so you are sure
we are aware of your coming return and it is received at the proper location. Items must be
received to our South Carolina location to receive credit.
Uh-Oh! It won't work: If your baby grew faster than expected, you want something else,
or you just want to return or exchange it, then feel free to let us know. Refunds for items
returned within thirty days of the purchase date will be credited in the same form as the
original payment type. Refunds for items returned more than thirty days after the purchase
date will be in the form of a credit redeemable on your next purchase. The original shipping
and handling charges and any fees incurred returning or exchanging item(s) are not refundable.
Additional charges may be incurred when items exchanged are of greater value than items returned
and additional shipping charges will be added. Items must be received to our South Carolina
location to receive credit.
Return Packages: Please mail your package in a prepaid, insured, traceable method to the
South Carolina address on the package or invoice you received. If that information is unavailable
to you for whatever reasonthen please contact us and we will gladly give it to you. We would
appreciate if you included the reason for your return so we can efficiently handle your order and
we can make our store a better place for our next customer.
Note: If we do not receive your item(s) at our South Carolina location, then refunds or
exchanges will not be given. Items that are returned to any other location are not controlled by
this facility and cannot be recovered.
Note 2: Item(s) returned for exchange or refund must be new with tags, appear unworn,
unwashed, and unstained. Item(s) returned and judged (by us) to be in unsellable condition will
not receive refunds, exchanges, or in-store credit and will not be returned to you. *Please make
sure your returned item(s) are in excellent condition before returning.
