The preemie doll must be a realistic preemie doll, not like cabbage patch or reborn. We naturally would love for our winners to be the parents or relatives of preemies, but we know that many of our customers use our dresses for not only preemies. It is permitted to have a other person in the picture you send. Examples include but are not limited to: preemie and parent, preemie and sibling, twin preemies etc. or doll and owner.

OFFICIAL RULES

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. CONTEST ENTRANTS MUST BE A LEGAL U.S. RESIDENTS, AND MUST BE 18 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER. THIS CONTEST IS VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.

TIMING. BabyLinq.com ~ Preemie Store’s "Preemie Dresses - Win a Free preemie dress" ("Contest") begins at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET"), May 24, 2009, and ends at 12:00 midnight ET, June 28, 2009 ("Contest Entry Period"). Entries must be submitted by the end of the Contest Entry Period to be considered.

SPONSOR. The Contest is sponsored by BabyLinq.com ~ Preemie Store., Easley, South Carolina, 29640. The decisions of Sponsor regarding the selection of winners and all other aspects of the Contest shall be final and binding in every way. The sponsor is not responsible for typographical, printing or other accidental errors in these Official Rules or in any other materials relating to this Contest.

ELIGIBILITY. Subject to additional restrictions below, the Contest is open to adults who (i) are legal residents of the fifty states of the United States and the District of Columbia, but excluding the state of Rhode Island, (ii) are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry, (iii) send in a picture of their preemie or doll (Life of Faith or American Girl), and (iii) submit a valid Contest Entry as defined in these Official Rules ("Entrant"). Employees of Sponsor, their immediate family members, and persons living in the same household as employees or their immediate family members are not eligible. The term "immediate family member" includes spouses, parents, grandparents, siblings, children and grandchildren. All federal, state and local laws apply.

HOW TO ENTER. Each Entrant must submit (1) Entrant's first and last name, email address, phone number, zip code, and (2) a clear close-up picture of your preemie or doll (Preemie, Life of Faith, or American Girl dolls only please) [It is permitted that other people may be present in the picture in addition to the preemie or doll]. Limit one (1) Contest Entry per person, per day. Sponsor is not responsible for incomplete, lost, misdirected, garbled, stolen, late or unreadable Contest Entries, for unauthorized human intervention, or for failure to receive entries due to transmission failures or technical failures of any kind whether such failure originated with Entrant or Sponsor, including without limitation, (i) lost or unavailable network connections, (ii) Web site, Internet or ISP unavailability, (iii) traffic congestion, or (iv) the failure of any hardware or software. Proof of sending or submitting a Contest Entry will not be deemed to be proof of receipt by Sponsor. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any Contest Entry that does not comply with these rules, that is alleged to infringe on any third party's intellectual property rights or that Sponsor deemed obscene, offensive, or otherwise inappropriate for viewing. DRAWING/NOTIFICATION OF WINNERS. One winner will be chosen in a random drawing on June 29, 2009. The winners will be selected from all Contest Entries received. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

Each winner will be notified by telephone and/or e-mail (in accordance with the information provided by the Entrant in the Contest Entries) within two business days of contest ending. In the event that the winner cannot be contacted by the sponsor within 2 business days of the contest end, the prize will be forfeit and a new winner will be chosen.

TIES: There will be no ties because the winners will be selected using a random drawing.

PRIZES. At the conclusion of the Contest, the winner will receive a preemie dress (approximate value: $15). Prize will be awarded if there is at least one eligible entry. No transfer of prize is permitted. No substitutions of prize or cash equivalents are allowed. Prizes are subject to availability and Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value. All taxes are the sole responsibility of the prize winners.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS. Participation in the Contest constitutes Entrant's full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any Entrant it finds to be tampering with the operation of the Contest or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules. Entrants agree that Sponsor, its affiliates, parents, subsidiaries, agents or contractors and their employees, officers and directors shall not be liable for injury, loss or damage of any kind resulting from participating in this Contest. Because winners are chosen by random drawing, the odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible Contest Entries received by Sponsor. Winning is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements of these Official Rules and Sponsor's decisions as to the administration of the Contest and prize awards are final. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, modify or suspend the Contest should fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond the reasonable control of Sponsor impair the integrity of the Contest, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. In such event, Sponsor reserves the right to award prizes based on a random drawing from the eligible Contest Entries received up to the time of impairment. BY ENTERING THE CONTEST, ENTRANT AGREES TO RELEASE AND HOLD HARMLESS SPONSOR, ITS PARENT, SUBSIDIARIES AND AFFILIATED COMPANIES, AGENTS OR CONTRACTORS AND THEIR EMPLOYEES, OFFICERS AND DIRECTORS ("RELEASED PARTIES") FROM AND AGAINST ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, CAUSES OF ACTION AND/OR LIABILITY FOR ANY INJURIES, ILLNESS, DEATH, LOSS OR DAMAGE OF ANY KIND ARISING FROM OR IN CONNECTION WITH PARTICIPATION IN AND/OR ENTRY INTO THE CONTEST OR RECEIPT OR POSSESSION, USE OR MISUSE OF ANY PRIZE OR ELEMENT THEREOF.

PUBLICITY/USE OF NAME AND LIKENESS. Entry in the Contest constitutes Entrant's consent (without limitation (including geographical limitation) or compensation to Entrant) for Sponsor, or any third party in Sponsor's sole discretion, to edit, adapt, modify, reproduce, publish, promote, display or otherwise use Entrant's Contest Entry, and any follow-up in any way it sees fit, including without limitation, Entrant's name, city and state of residence, likeness, photograph, video, and image for advertising, publicity, and promotional purposes in any media, online or offline, without further permission, consent, payment or other consideration, unless prohibited by law.

USE OF DATA. Sponsor will be collecting personal data about participants online, in accordance with its privacy policy. Please review the Sponsor's privacy policy at http://www.babylinq.com/privacy-policy.aspx (the "Privacy Policy"). By participating in the Contest, Entrants hereby agree to Sponsor's collection and usage of their personal information as set out in its Privacy Policy and in these Official Rules and acknowledge that they have read and accepted Sponsor's privacy policy.
