The hat and booties are a very soft pink velour. The hat is cuffed and the booties are cuffed too. The cuffs of the booties are a very soft matching pink stretch knit - great for keeping little feet from kicking off their booties! The booties have an adorable little bear appliqued onto each bootie.

This set is 80% cotton and is machine washable in a cold gentle cycle with like colors. Non-chlorine bleach may be used when needed. Tumble dry low and use a cool iron if necessary.
